We welcome motivated students and postdocs in physics, photonics, and applied physics. There are one postdoc and two GRA (graduate research assistant) positions available starting January 2017. Please send your inquiry to Dr. Liu directly.
This is an experimental Atomic, Molecular, and Optical (AMO) physics group, a part of a multidisciplinary program in Photonics at OSU. The main research interest is to investigate spin-squeezing with sodium Bose-Einstein Condensates (BEC) near absolute zero temperature, and its immediate applications in quantum information science.
